24. That any existing assessment district, which the property <br />- may be subject to, be cleared prior to the approval of the <br />final map or the developer will cause a segregation to be <br />completed in conjunction with the final map. <br />25. That the developer submit a refundable cash bond for <br />hazard control prior to approval of the final map. The <br />amount of this bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br />(Approximately $100 per lot - $5,000 minimum.) <br />26. That this development provide a safe and effective circulation <br />system for bicycles and pedestrians. These facilities shall <br />be designed and installed to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer and shall be separated from vehicular traffic whenever <br />possible. <br />27. That tract boundary fencing be installed along the periphery <br />of this development. The design and location of the fencing <br />shall be satisfactory to the City Engineer. <br />28. That all lots surface drain to street frontages. <br />29. That all lots be provided with through curb drains. <br />30. That any damage to existing public improvements which may <br />be caused by construction of this development be repaired <br />by the developer. <br />31. That the developer (subdivider) may file multiple final <br />maps prior to the expiration of the conditionally approved <br />tentative map for this development; provided, however, that <br />each such final map filed shall provide for all normal and <br />reasonable public improvements required by the City to <br />serve that portion of this development to the satisfaction <br />of~the City Engineer. <br />
