PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />- COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2240 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />TRACT 5099, CHANG SU-0 LIN <br />WHEREAS, Chang Su-0 Lin has applied for tentative subdivision approval for <br />a 37 unit single-family residential subdivision of a 9.7 acre <br />site located immediately south of the Arroyo Mocho between <br />Sutter Gate Avenue and the Southern Pacific Transportation <br />Company railroad tracks; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (.Single-family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of October 27, 1982 the Planning Commission <br />received a proposed negative declaration for Tract 5099; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated July 29, 1981 (updated 9/30/82) and received the <br />recommendation of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 27, 1982 and <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental <br />impacts of the proposed residential subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing <br />the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact <br />reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated there would <br />not be any significant impacts upon the environment by approving <br />the residential subdivision proposed and Negative Declaration for <br />this case. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the review of the <br />Initial Study and the testimony and documentary evidence presented <br />at the public hearing that there will be no significant adverse <br />impacts upon the environment as a result of the approval of the <br />proposed residential subdivision of the subject property. <br />Section 2. Approves the negative declaration prepared for Tract 5099 as <br />filed by Chang Su-0 Lin for the above described property. <br />
