EXHIBIT "A" PLANNING COMb1ISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2241 10/27/82 1.. That the development be substantially as shown on Tentative Map Tract 5099 on file with the City. 2. That the tract shall meet all site development standards of the P.-1-6500 District. 3. That the project shall be subject to all conditions of the Pleasanton Fire Department. 4. That the developer a.cknow.ledges that the City of Pleasanton does not guarantee the availability of sufficient sewer capacity to serve this development by approval of this case, and that the developer agrees and acknowledges that building permit approval may be withheld if sewer capacity is found by t_he City not to be available. 5. That all buildings and/or structures must comply with all ordinances in effect at the time required permits are issued by the Building Dig.>ision. 6. That the location of al.l pad mounted transformers shall be subject to approval of the Planning Division prior to issuance of a building permit. 7. That the 8 ft. high masonry wall shown along the north- east side of lot 11 shall be stepped down in height in a manner approved by the Planning staff. 8. That approval of this case is subject to a].1 conditions contained in the report from Engineering Services Division dated 10/27/82, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference.
