PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2241 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A SUBDIVISION FOR CHANG SU-O LIN AS FILED UNDER TRACT 5099 WHEREAS, Chang Su 0 Lin has applied for tentative subdivision approval for a 37 unit single-family residential subdivision of a 9.7 acre site located immediately south of the Arroyo Mocho between Sutter Gate Avenue and the Southern Pacific Transportation Company railroad tracks; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (.Single-family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 27, 1982 the Planning Commission approved the Negative Declaration prepared for Tract 5099 after-first considering all public input and relevant documents regarding this proposed subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that this residential subdivision is in conformance with the zoning district _ in which it is located and the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves a 37 unit single-family residential subdivision of a 9.7 acre site located immediately south of the Arroyo Mocho between Sutter Gate Avenue and the Southern Pacific Transportation Company railroad tracks subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on the 27th day of October 1982 by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson and Chairperson Lindsey NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioner Wilson ABSTAIN: None DATE: October 27, 1982
