PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2243 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REZONING <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-82-17 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to rezone two portions <br />of two parcels of land located at the northwest corner of <br />Johnson Drive and Hopyard Road in the following manner: <br />6,395 sq. ft. of a portion of Pleasanton Business Park located <br />immediately westerly of the site occupied by the Hun ry <br />Hunter Restaurant from PUD (Planned Unit Development-Industrial/ <br />Commercial and Offices to the C-F (Commercial Freeway) District; and <br />10,146 sq. ft. of a portion of Pleasanton Business Park <br />located immediately north and west of the site occupied by <br />Denny's Restaurant from PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />Industrial/Commercial and Offices District to the C-F <br />(Commercial Freeway) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was considered and recommended for <br />approval by the Planning Commission for this project; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held November 10, 1982 <br />at which time the Planning Commission considered all <br />public testimony and related documents concerning this <br />application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the C-F (Commercial Freeway) <br />District to be in conformance with the General Plan of the <br />City of Pleasanton for the subject sites. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends rezoning the two portions of two parcels of <br />land located at the northwest corner of Johnson Drive and <br />Hopyard Road as described herein from PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Industrial/Commercial and Offices District to the C-F <br />(Commercial Freeway) District. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 10TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and <br />
