PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2244 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COM~4ISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 5112 <br />FOR BREILH HOMES <br />WHEREAS, Breilh Homes, Inc. has applied to subdivide approximately <br />two acres of land to yield 32 townhouse units and common <br />area at the southeast corner of Pico Avenue and Palomino <br />Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High <br />Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was prepared and approved in <br />conjunction with the development plan for the project; and <br />WHEREAS, the tentative map is in conformance with that development and, <br />therefore, does not constitute a new project and does not require <br />further environmental action. For this reason, no environmental <br />document accompanies this case; and <br />_ WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 10, 1982 <br />at which time all public testimony and pertinent documents <br />were considered; and <br />WHEREAS, developmentwplan~uzoning andnGeneralmPlan forhtheeprope~tyd <br />described above. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Breilh Homes, Inc. to subdivide <br />approximately two acres of land to yeild 32 townhouse units and <br />common area at the southeast corner of Pico Avenue and <br />Palomino Drive subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
