PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2244 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COM~4ISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 5112 FOR BREILH HOMES WHEREAS, Breilh Homes, Inc. has applied to subdivide approximately two acres of land to yield 32 townhouse units and common area at the southeast corner of Pico Avenue and Palomino Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, a negative declaration was prepared and approved in conjunction with the development plan for the project; and WHEREAS, the tentative map is in conformance with that development and, therefore, does not constitute a new project and does not require further environmental action. For this reason, no environmental document accompanies this case; and _ WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 10, 1982 at which time all public testimony and pertinent documents were considered; and WHEREAS, developmentwplan~uzoning andnGeneralmPlan forhtheeprope~tyd described above. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves the application of Breilh Homes, Inc. to subdivide approximately two acres of land to yeild 32 townhouse units and common area at the southeast corner of Pico Avenue and Palomino Drive subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
