PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2250 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN EXTENSION OF TENTATIVE MAP TRACT 4771 AS FILED BY THE CHAMBERLAIN GROUP WHEREAS, the Chamberlain Group has applied for a second one-year extension for tentative map approval of a 75 lot single- family residential subdivision on a 65 acre parcel of land located between Crellin Road and the City limit line at the end of Arbor Drive; and L9HEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) District; and "v?H;,REAS, the Subdivision Map Act allows tentative map extensions of up to two years, therefore, it would be allowable to grant another one year extension for this map; and S9HEREAS, the tentative map is in conformity with the Residential Allocation Program under which it was approved and the approved Planned Unit Development for the subject property; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared in conjunction with the Planned Unit Development on the subject property and since the tentative map is in conformity with that Planned Unit Development, it is not considered a new project and no environmental document accompanies this application; and WHEREAS, the tentative map has not been changed from the map approved by the Planning Commission in January 1981. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends a second one-year extension for Tract 4771 subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on the 8th day of December 1982 by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and Chairperson Lindsey NOES: None ABSTAIN: Commissioner Doherty ABSTAIN: None
