CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-79 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIVE-YEAR PLAN <br /> FOR ALAMEDA COUNTY PARATRANSIT SERVICES <br /> PREPARED FORT HE METROPOLITAN <br /> TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 21, 1989, Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Parks and <br /> Community Services (SR 89:86) regarding the <br /> proposed five-year plan for administration of <br /> Measure B and TDA Article 4.5 paratransit funds; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br /> approves the Alameda County Five-Year Paratransit <br /> Plan as prepared by Crain & Associates, Inc. for <br /> the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 21, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None /~~ <br /> Kk~ETh R.
