PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2251 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP TRACT 5006 FOR KEN EARP WHEREAS, Ken Earp et al has applied for approval of a 238 lot residential subdivision proposed for an approximately 29 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, a negative declaration was approved in conjunctionva.th the Planned Unit Development plan on the subject property and the tentative map is in conformance with that development plan and, hence, is not considered a new project. For this reason,, no environmental document accompanies this case; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 8, 1982 the Planning Commission considered all pertinent documents .- and public testimony regarding this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Conunission found Tentative P4ap Tract 5006 to be in conformance with the zoning district and general plan land use designation for the subject site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Tentative Map Tract 5006 for a 238 lot residential subdivision proposed for an approximately 29 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
