PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2251 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP TRACT <br />5006 FOR KEN EARP <br />WHEREAS, Ken Earp et al has applied for approval of a 238 lot <br />residential subdivision proposed for an approximately 29 <br />acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue <br />opposite Sauterne Way; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was approved in conjunctionva.th <br />the Planned Unit Development plan on the subject property <br />and the tentative map is in conformance with that <br />development plan and, hence, is not considered a new <br />project. For this reason,, no environmental document <br />accompanies this case; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 8, 1982 <br />the Planning Commission considered all pertinent documents <br />.- and public testimony regarding this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Conunission found Tentative P4ap Tract 5006 <br />to be in conformance with the zoning district and general <br />plan land use designation for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Tentative Map Tract 5006 for a 238 lot <br />residential subdivision proposed for an approximately 29 <br />acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue <br />opposite Sauterne Way subject to the conditions shown <br />on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 8TH DAY OF DECEMBER 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Wilson and Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: Commissioner Jamieson <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Doherty <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: l7at~amhcr fl i oo~ <br />
