PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2252 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON MAKING A RECOMMENDATION TO <br />THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING NORTH PLEASANTON <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the North Pleasanton Improvement District provides for the <br />construction of improvements necessary to mitigate <br />traffic impacts occurring as a result of development proposed <br />within the proposed District; and <br />WHEREAS, improvements involve both freeway interchanges and major <br />City streets and these improvements were described to <br />the Planning Commission and public in the staff report <br />from the Director of Public Works and Utilitities dated <br />December 8, 1982; and <br />WHEREAS, at this duly noticed public hearing the public was <br />afforded the opportuni*_y to comment on the proposals set <br />forth; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered all public input, <br />_ relevant documents and staff recommendations concerning <br />the North Pleasanton Improvement District; and <br />concurred with these recommendations. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends the following actions to the City Council: <br />1. Approve the plan lines for the following improvements <br />so that the Engineer may proceed with final design <br />of these projects: <br />a. Stoneridge Drive Plan A as described in the <br />report from the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities dated 12/8/82. <br />b. West Las Positas Blvd. Plan B as described in <br />the report from the Director of Public Utilities <br />dated 12/8/82. <br />c. Santa Rita Road as described in the report from <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities dated <br />12/8/82. <br />
