That prior to submittal of a tentative map for the subject <br />property, the developer shall have an acoustical survey <br />of the Valley Avenue frontage of the site carried out. <br />Any noise attenuating measures called for in that survey <br />shall be completed prior to final inspection of any <br />structures on the subject site. <br />25. That the design and construction of the fence along the <br />Valley Avenue frontage of the subject property shall be <br />determined at the time of tentative map approval. <br />-5- <br />
