PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2255 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-82-23 <br />AS FILED BY PONDEROSA HOMES ET AL <br />WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes, Inc. has applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />High Density Residential zoning and development plan approval for <br />a 125 lot residential project proposed for approximately 15 acres of <br />land located on the west side of Valley Avenue between Hansen Drive <br />and Via de los Milagros; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is currently R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential), <br />RM-5 and RM-15 (Multi-family Residential) Districts; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 12, 1983 the <br />Planning Commission recommended approval of the mitigated negative <br />declaration prepared for this planned unit development zoning and <br />development plan approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant <br />documents and recommendation of the City staff concerning this proposal; and <br />'~' WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed zoning and development <br />plan is consistent with the General Plan land use designation in which <br />it is located. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-82-23, application of Ponderosa <br />Homes, Inc. for a 125 lot residential project proposed for approximately <br />15 acres of land located on the west side of Valley Avenue between <br />Hansen Drive and Via de los Milagros subject to the conditions shown <br />on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage <br />and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE <br />12TH DAY OF JANUARY 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTES: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson and Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: January 12, 1983 <br />ATTEST: ~ n /1 <br />Robert J.
