That all lighting on the subject property shall be installed in such a manner that glare is directed away from surrounding properties and rights-of-way. 12, That all trash and refuse shall be contained in the proposed trash enclosure at all times. 13, That if signing for the development is desired, a comprehensive signing program shall be submitted to the City for consideration under separate application. 14.
