1/12/83 <br />__ Tract 5114 <br />Page 5 <br />27. That the developer submit detailed landscape and <br />irrigation plans as part of the improvement plans. <br />These plans should include a street tree planting <br />plan; landscape plans for medians, buffer strips, <br />and any right-of-way landscape areas; and an <br />irrigation plan with automatic controls. <br />28. That the developer overlay or slurry seal existing <br />Lemonwood Way across the frontage of the development <br />at the completion of construction to to multiple <br />street cuts and construction activity. The extent <br />of this work shall be determined by the City Engineer. <br />29. In the event that this development precedes the development <br />precedes the development of Tract 4850, Oakhill, Unit No. 5, <br />the developer shall construct those portions of the <br />public improvements required of Tract 4850 which are <br />deemed necessary by the City Engineer to serve this <br />development. <br />30, That the developer (subdivider) may file multiple <br />final maps prior to the expiration of the conditionally <br />approved tentative map for this development; provided, <br />however, that each such final map filed shall provide for <br />all normal and reasonable public improvements required <br />by the City to serve that portion of this development to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />
