1/12/83 <br />Tract 5115 <br />Page 5 <br />27, That the most northerly driveway on Muirwood Drive <br />be moved to the south to the greatest extent possible <br />to avoid turning conflicts with Olive Drive, <br />28 That the developer shall reconstruct the existing curb, <br />gutter, and sidewalk to provide an additional vehicle <br />lane and additional storage at the south leg of the <br />Muirwood Drive - West Las Positas intersection and <br />shall dedicate additional right-of-way for this purpose <br />as determined by the City Engineer. <br />29. That the developer (subdivider) may file multiple <br />final maps prior to the expiration of the conditionally <br />approved tentative map for this development; provided, <br />however, that each such final map filed shall provide for <br />all normal and reasonable public improvements required <br />by the City to serve that portion of this development to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />
