CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-77 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ALLOCATION OF <br /> $3,000 TO AMADOR BOOSTERS FOR THE <br /> RENOVATION OF BASEBATJ. FIELDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Amador Booster Club has undertaken the <br /> renovation of the Amador High School varsity and <br /> junior varsity baseball fields; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Amador Booster Club has requested financial <br /> participation in the project by the City based on <br /> use of the baseball fields by the American Little <br /> League; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 9, 1989, the Park and <br /> Recreation Commission recommended appropriation of <br /> $3,000 from the general fund for the Amador High <br /> School Baseball Field Renovation Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Authorizes allocation of $3,000 from the general <br /> fund to the Amador High School Baseball Field <br /> Renovation Project. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 21, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
