PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2265 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FOR AP4ADOR VALLEY <br />INVESTORS AS FILED UNDER CASE GP-82-12 <br />WHEREAS, Amador Valley Investors has applied to change the General Plan <br />land use designation of approximately 23 acres of land <br />located adjacent and to the north of the Arroyo Mocho Canal <br />approximately 1500 feet east of the existing terminus of <br />West Las Positas Boulevard from the General and Limited <br />Industrial designation to the P1edium Density Residential <br />designation; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 26, 1983 the <br />Planning Commission approved a Negative Declaration for this <br />proposal, considered all public testimony, documents and <br />recommendations of the City Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found this proposal is in the public <br />interest. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case GP-82-12 as herein described. <br />Section 2.
