EXHIBIT "A" <br />2~g~gg PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0. 2268 <br />TRACT MAP 5094 FOR PONDEROSA HOMES <br />1. That the developer dedicate, to the City for street <br />right-of-way purposes those parcels of land intended <br />to be public streets and shown on the tentative map <br />as Via de los Milagros; Camino Segura or "H" Drive; <br />"A", "B" and "C" Courts; "D" Drive; and "E", "F" and <br />"G" Courts. <br />2. That the developer dedicate a grant of easement to <br />the City over those parcels shown on the tentative <br />map as public service easements (P.S.E.). <br />3. That approval of the design for the line, grade, and <br />structural sections for the streets serving this <br />development be withheld pending final design and review <br />by the City Engineer. <br />~-- <br />4. The east side of existing Camino Segura, adjacent to <br />Lot No. 125, shall be widened and reconstructed to <br />provide for a forty foot wide street, curb to curb, <br />with five foot wide sidewalks on each side for a total <br />right-of-way width of fifty feet. <br />5. That the developer secure approval from the Planning <br />Director for all proposed street names prior to submittal <br />of the final map. <br />6. That vertical P.C.C. curbs and gutters be constructed <br />within this development unless otherwise approved by <br />the City Engineer and that the curb and gutter be <br />poured monolithically with the sidewalk when the <br />sidewalk is adjacent. <br />i-- <br />
