PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />~ STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2273 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION QF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPR~VAL <br />OF THE MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-82-16, RALPH DIARTIN ET AL <br />WHEREAS, Ralph Martin et al have applied for development plan <br />approval for the development of 39 parcels fob single-family <br />residential use on an approximately 42 acre piarcel located <br />on the north side of the eastern terminus of ~Crellin <br />Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (.Planned Unit'Development)- <br />Low Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 23, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant maps and recommendations of the City staff concerning <br />the proposed general plan amendment including the environmental <br />impacts of the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the pot~ntoverninacts <br />in accordance with state and local guideline g g <br />the preparation of negative declarations and', environmental <br />impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated <br />that there might be a significant impact on jthe environment <br />concerning geology and utilities but that c nditions <br />included in project approval would reduce a~y potentially <br />significant adverse environmental effects tq an insignificant <br />level. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY ~F PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Finds that based upon the review of the esentedsatdthe <br />public testimony and documentary evidence p <br />public hearing that there would be no signi icajt advprroval <br />impacts upon the environment as a result of pro ect a p <br />because of conditions imposed thereon. <br />Section 2. Approves the Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for <br />case PUD-82-16 as described herein. <br />Section 3.
