i ~ PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2276 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-82-10, MUTUAL LAND COMPANY WHEREAS, Mutual Land Company has applied for development plan approval for the development of 28 parcels for single-family residential use on an approximately 48 acre parcel located on the south side of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- Low Density Residential and Open Space; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 23, 1983 the Planning Commission recommended approval of a Negative Declaration for this project, considered all public testimony, exhibits and recommendations of the applicants and City Staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed zoning i.s in conformance with the General Plan for the property which is the subject of this application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-82-10, application of Mutual Land Company for development plan approval for the development of 28 parcels for single-family residential use on an approximately 48 acre parcel located on the south side of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 23RD DAY OF FEBRUARY 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Arrigoni and Chairperson Lindsey NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioner Wilson ABSTAIN: None
