i <br />~ PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2276 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE <br />PUD-82-10, MUTUAL LAND COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Mutual Land Company has applied for development plan <br />approval for the development of 28 parcels for single-family <br />residential use on an approximately 48 acre parcel located <br />on the south side of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Low Density Residential and Open Space; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 23, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission recommended approval of a Negative <br />Declaration for this project, considered all public testimony, <br />exhibits and recommendations of the applicants and City <br />Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed zoning <br />i.s in conformance with the General Plan for the property which <br />is the subject of this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-82-10, application of <br />Mutual Land Company for development plan approval for the <br />development of 28 parcels for single-family residential use <br />on an approximately 48 acre parcel located on the south <br />side of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road subject to <br />the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 23RD DAY OF FEBRUARY 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Arrigoni and <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
