47. That the street names "Grey Eagle Court" and "Feather Court" <br />be re-evaluated in light of the changes in the street system, <br />48. That the main access drive for PUD-82-16 (Martin) be <br />indicated on the tentative map, <br />49. That service vehicle access be provided for all manholes <br />on public utility systems, <br />50. That the main entrance sign detail be revised to exclude <br />an overhead sign. <br />51. That the street light - street name detail be revised per <br />standard City details and specifications. <br />52. That the tentative map include the cross-sections and <br />all drainage swales proposed for this development and <br />show the manner in which they connect to the storm drain <br />system, <br />53. That the developer meet with the local Soil Conservation <br />Service to discuss erosion control measures which may be <br />applicable to this development. <br />54. That if this development precedes the development of <br />Tract 4771, the developer shall be responsible for con- <br />structing those portions of the public improvements for <br />Tract 4771 which are considered necessary by the City <br />Engineer to provide access to and services for this <br />development, <br />55. That if any signing for the development is desired, a <br />comprehensive signing program shall be submitted under <br />separate application. <br />A-6 <br />
