MEMORANDUI4 <br />February 23, 1983 <br />TO: Planning Commission <br />FROM: Engineering Services - City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Staff Report for Tentative Map <br />Tract 5129, Fairlands, Unit 9 <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the developer dedicate to the City for street <br />right-of-way purposes those parcels of land intended <br />to be public streets and shown on the tentative map <br />as West Las Positas Boulevard, Randick Court, Ascot <br />Court, Pimlico Drive, Warrenton Court, Leger Court, <br />and Melbourne Court. <br />2. That the developer dedicate a grant of easement to <br />- the City over those parcels shown on the tentative <br />map as public service easements (P.S.E.). <br />3. That approval of the design for the line, grade, and <br />structural sections for the streets serving this <br />development be withheld pending final design and <br />review by the City Engineer. <br />4. That the developer secure approval from the Planning <br />Director for all proposed street names prior to submittal <br />of the final map. <br />5. That the transition between the existing 98' wide <br />West Las Positas Boulevard street section and 49' <br />wide half street proposed to be constructed with <br />this development be redesigned to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer during final design. <br />6. That the Pimlico Drive interim connection, if it is <br />constructed, be built to a width of 28', with a <br />12' driving lane and a 2' paved shoulder in each <br />direction. <br />
