MEMORANDUI4 February 23, 1983 TO: Planning Commission FROM: Engineering Services - City Engineer SUBJECT: Staff Report for Tentative Map Tract 5129, Fairlands, Unit 9 This development is recommended for approval subject to the following conditions: 1. That the developer dedicate to the City for street right-of-way purposes those parcels of land intended to be public streets and shown on the tentative map as West Las Positas Boulevard, Randick Court, Ascot Court, Pimlico Drive, Warrenton Court, Leger Court, and Melbourne Court. 2. That the developer dedicate a grant of easement to - the City over those parcels shown on the tentative map as public service easements (P.S.E.). 3. That approval of the design for the line, grade, and structural sections for the streets serving this development be withheld pending final design and review by the City Engineer. 4. That the developer secure approval from the Planning Director for all proposed street names prior to submittal of the final map. 5. That the transition between the existing 98' wide West Las Positas Boulevard street section and 49' wide half street proposed to be constructed with this development be redesigned to the satisfaction of the City Engineer during final design. 6. That the Pimlico Drive interim connection, if it is constructed, be built to a width of 28', with a 12' driving lane and a 2' paved shoulder in each direction.
