PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2278 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DENYING, WITHOUT PREJUDICE, THE APPLICATION OF MEADOW PLAZA ASSOCIATES AS FILED UNDER CHSE PUD-83-3 WHEREAS, Meadow Plaza Associates have applied for PUU (Planned Unit Development) zoning and development plan approval for a 16'L unit multi-family residential project on an approximately six acre parcel located east of the Exxon Station at the southeast corner of ~dest Las Positas boulevard and Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for this property is PUD (Planned Unit Uevelopment)-Commercial and Offices; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered all pertinent documents, staff recommendation and public input at their duly noticed public hearing of March 9, 1983 and believed the project to be too dense and deficient in on-site parking. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON REStlLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Denies case PUD-83-3, application of Meadow Plaza Associates for PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning and development plan approval for a 162 unit multi-family residential project on an approximately six acre parcel located east of the Exxon Station at the southeast corner of West Las Positas Boulevard and Santa Rita Koad, without prejudice. Section 2. This rsolution shall become effective immediatley upon its passage and adoption.
