PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2279 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE <br />PUD-83-4, APPLICATION OF L. AND T. BLACK <br />WHERtAS, L. and 1. Black have applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />development plan approval in order to subdivide a five acre parcel into <br />two lots, 1.2 and 3.8 acres in size at [373 Martin Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density <br />Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing the Planning Commission <br />considered all pertinent documents, public testimony and recommendations <br />of City Staff concerning this proposal on March 9, 19ts3; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the potential environmental impacts <br />in accordance with state and local guidelines governing the <br />preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there would <br />_ not be any significant impact on the environment as a result of <br />approval of this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />Section I. Finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, public <br />testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that <br />there would be no significant adverse impacts upon the environment as <br />a result of project approval. <br />Section 2. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for case PUD-83-4 <br />as described herein. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage <br />and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE <br />9TH DAY OF MARCH 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTt: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE:.
