G280 <br />A RtSOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTUN RtCOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASt PUU-8:i-4 FILtD <br />BY L. AND T. BLACK <br />WHEREAS, L. and T. Black nave applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />development plan approval in order to subdivide a five acre parcel <br />into two lots, 1.'G and 3.8 acres in size at 2373 Martin Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUU (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density <br />Residential District; and <br />WrtERtAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 9, 1983 the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of a Negative ueclaration for <br />this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed all pertinent exhibits, public <br />testimony and recommendation of the City Staff concerning this <br />proposal; and <br />WHtREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed planned unit <br />development conforms to the zoning and general plan land use of <br />the area in which the property is located. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF IHE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section I. Recommends approval of case PuD-83-4 as described herein <br />subject to the conditions shown on txhibit A, attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section z.
