G280 A RtSOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTUN RtCOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASt PUU-8:i-4 FILtD BY L. AND T. BLACK WHEREAS, L. and T. Black nave applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development) development plan approval in order to subdivide a five acre parcel into two lots, 1.'G and 3.8 acres in size at 2373 Martin Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUU (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District; and WrtERtAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 9, 1983 the Planning Commission recommended approval of a Negative ueclaration for this proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed all pertinent exhibits, public testimony and recommendation of the City Staff concerning this proposal; and WHtREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed planned unit development conforms to the zoning and general plan land use of the area in which the property is located. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF IHE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section I. Recommends approval of case PuD-83-4 as described herein subject to the conditions shown on txhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section z. Tnis resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
