PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2281 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE RZ-83-1, CITY OF PLEASANTON WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an approximately eight acre site, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane, to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District with a minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a maximum of nine (9) lots; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 9, 1983 the Planning Commission considered all pertinent documents, public testimony and recommendation of City Staff concerning this proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential environmental impacts in accordance with state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and _ environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there would not be any significant impact on the environment as a result of approval of this application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, public testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there would be no significant adverse impacts upon the environment as a result of project approval. Section 2. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for case RZ-83-1 as described herein. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
