PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2281 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING <br />APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />PREPARED FOR CASE RZ-83-1, CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an approximately <br />eight acre site, located at the southeast corner of the <br />intersection of Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane, to the <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential <br />District with a minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a <br />maximum of nine (9) lots; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 9, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission considered all pertinent documents, <br />public testimony and recommendation of City Staff concerning <br />this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential environmental <br />impacts in accordance with state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of negative declarations and <br />_ environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated <br />that there would not be any significant impact on the <br />environment as a result of approval of this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, <br />public testimony and documentary evidence presented at <br />the public hearing that there would be no significant <br />adverse impacts upon the environment as a result of <br />project approval. <br />Section 2. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for case <br />RZ-83-1 as described herein. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 9TH DAY OF MARCH 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and. <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: March 9, 1983 <br />
