PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2282 A RESOLUTION OF fHE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANION APPROVING A PREZONING REQUEST AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-83-1 WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an approximately eight acre site, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District with a minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a maximum of nine (9) lots as a result of the recent initiation of the annexation of the property into the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 9, 1983 the Planning Commission recommended approval of a Negative Declaration for the proposed prezoning; and WHEREAS, at this same duly noticed public hearing the Planning Commission considered all pertinent documents, staff recommendation and public testimony concerning this application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THt - FOLLOWING: Section I. Recommends the eight acre site located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane be prezoned to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District with a minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a maximum of nine (9) lots. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
