PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2282 <br />A RESOLUTION OF fHE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANION APPROVING A PREZONING REQUEST AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE RZ-83-1 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an approximately eight <br />acre site, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of <br />Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low <br />Density Residential District with a minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot <br />size and a maximum of nine (9) lots as a result of the recent initiation <br />of the annexation of the property into the City of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 9, 1983 the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of a Negative Declaration for the proposed <br />prezoning; and <br />WHEREAS, at this same duly noticed public hearing the Planning Commission considered <br />all pertinent documents, staff recommendation and public testimony <br />concerning this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THt <br />- FOLLOWING: <br />Section I. Recommends the eight acre site located at the southeast corner <br />of the intersection of Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane be prezoned to <br />the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District <br />with a minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a maximum of nine (9) lots. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage <br />and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE <br />9TH DAY OF MARCH 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: March 9, 1983 <br />ATTEST: p <br />Robert J.
