PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />- STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2283 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING <br />A TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 5117, FILED BY <br />CROCKER HOMES <br />WHEREAS, Crocker Homes has applied for tentative approval to <br />subdivide an approximately 21.5 acre site into fifty-two <br />parcels, located at the eastern terminus of Parkside <br />Drive, north of the Pleasanton Sports Park; and <br />WHEREAS, fifty parcels are proposed for single-family, residential <br />use, another parcel is proposed for future development <br />while the final parcel is proposed for park dedication <br />purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-7500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is a portion of the site for which <br />an EIR was prepared in conjunction with a general plan <br />amendment in 1978 and the subdivision of the property <br />_ was included in the scope of that environmental document <br />and the provisions of that EIR apply to the current project; and <br />WHEREAS, for this reason, no environmental document accompanies <br />this report; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 9, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission considered all relevant documents, <br />public testimony and staff recommendation concerning this <br />application and found this subdivision to be in conformance <br />with the general plan land use and zoning designation for <br />the parcels. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Tract 5117, filed by Crocker Homes to <br />subdivide an approximately 21.5 acre site into fifty-two <br />parcels located at the eastern terminus of Parkside Drive, <br />north of the Pleasanton Sports Park as described herein <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 9TH DAY OF MARCH 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />
