PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NU. 2284 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR TRACT 4805 WHEREAS, Castlewood Properties, Inc. has applied fora one year extension of Tentative Map Tract 4805 the subdivision of the 6.05 acre parcel located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Vinyeard Avenue and Pico Hvenue; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned Planned Unit Development-Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, Tentative Map Tract 4805 was approved by the Planning Commission on 2/17/81 and State Law now requires tentative map approval for two years, therefore, this map would have expired on 2/17/83 except that the applicant prior to that date, requested a one-year extension; and WHEREAS, the Pleasanton Subdivision Ordinance now privdes for up to three one years extensions of a tentative map, therefore, this request is in conformity with the City's Subdivision Ordinance. ~- NUW, THEREFORE, THt PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves a one year extension for Tract 4805 subject to the following conditions: I. That the development shall be substantially as shown on Tentative Map Tract 4805 on file with the City. 2. That extension of Tentative Map Tract 4805 is for a period of one year, lapsing 2/17/84 unless a subsequent extension has been granted prior to that date. 3. That approval of this map is subject to all conditions of approval of PUU-79-9 and RAP-79-10. 4. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions contained in the report from the City Engineer dated 3/9/83, attached hereto and made a part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
