PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2285 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING <br />APPROVAL OF A MINOR MODIFICATION TO CASE <br />PUD-81-32 <br />WHEREAS, City Council appealed the decision of the zoning <br />administrator approving a minor modification of case <br />PUD-81-32 for a 61 unit townhouse development on the <br />north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court <br />having to do with reorientation of units, increase <br />in size of units and minor architectural changes; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of March 23, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission considered the request of the <br />applicant, pertinent documents, public testimony and <br />recommendation of the City staff concerning this matter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-81-32, a planned unit <br />development for a 61 unit townhouse project on the north <br />side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court consisting <br />of reorienting some of the units, creating 15 one-story units <br />which would go at the ends of some of the buildings to <br />reduce the mass of the structures and introduce variety <br />and design, move the pool from the eastern side of the site <br />to the western side, introduce stucco as an exterior building <br />material, change the roofs from red the to wood shake and <br />move a driveway from Vine Street to Birch Creek Drive <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on <br />the development plan dated 2/14/83 for case PUD-83-5 <br />(Minor Modification to case PUD-81-32) on file with the <br />Planning Division. <br />2. That approval of this modification is subject to all <br />conditions of Ordinance No. 1013 (which approved case <br />PUD-81-32). <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 23RD DAY OF MARCH 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTES: <br />~ AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Doherty, and Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: Commissioners Jamieson and Wilson <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Getty <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: March 23, 1983 <br />
