PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2286 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE RZ-83-2, APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to rezone an approximately a 4728 sq. ft. parcel of land located at the northeast corner of Peters Avenue and Bernal Avenues from the "O" (Office) to the "C-C" (Central Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 23, 1983 the Planning Commission considered all pertinent documents, public testimony and rea~mmendation of the City Staff concerning this proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential environmental impacts in accordance with state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and - WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there would not be any significant impact on .the environment as a result of approval of this application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, public testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there would be no significant adverse impacts on the environment as a result of project approval. Section 2. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for case RZ-83-2 as described herein. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 23RD DAY OF MARCH 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Doherty, Jamieson, Wilson and Chairperson Lindsey NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioner Getty ABSTAIN: None DATE: March 23, 1983
