PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2287 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING A REZONING FOR THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-83-2 WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to rezone an approximately 4728 sq. ft. parcel of land located at the northeast corner of Peters and Bernal Avenues from the "0" (Office) to the "C-C" (Central Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 23, 1983 the Planning Commission approved a Negative Declaration, considered all public input, relevant documents and recommendations of the city staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the "C-C" (Central Commercial) District to be consistent with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Recommends the City-owned property located at the northeast corner of Peters and Bernal Avenues be rezoned from the "0" (Office) to the "C-C" (Central Commercial) District. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
