PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2289 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR THE MODIFICATION TO CASE PUD-79-13, VALLEY BUSINESS PARK WHEREAS, Valley Business Associates and Sente Associates Seven have applied for a major modification to case PUD-79-13 pertaining to building heights, size of trucks, permitted truck routes and other possible changes to the zoning and development plan for "Valley Business Park" an approximately 70 acre industrial park now under construction on the south side of Valley Avenue immediately east of the residences on the east side of Kolln Street; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Develoginent) Industrial District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 13, 1983 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant maps and recommendations of the City staff concerning the proposed modifications including the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there may be a significant impact on the environment relating to noise but conditions imposed upon modification approval would reduce those impacts to an insignificant level. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, public testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there could be a significant adverse impact upon the environment as a result of approving the modifications requested to Ordinance 924 but that conditions imposed on the approval would reduce those impacts to an insignificant level. Section 2. Approves the Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for the modification to case PUD-79-13 (Ordinance No. 924). Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
