PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />- COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2291 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON ENDORSING THE LOCATION AND <br />HEIGHT OF A SOUNDWALL TO BE CONSTRUCTED ON THE <br />EAST SIDE OF SANTA RITA ROAD IN AREAS NORTH <br />OF WEST LAS POSITAS <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 13, 1983 <br />a video and audio presentation was made by an <br />accoustical engineer at the request of the developers <br />of the Hacienda Business Park and the residents of the <br />Pleasanton Meadows subdivision abutting Santa Rita <br />Road; and <br />WHEREAS, this presentation provided additional evidence that <br />a soundwall would be needed to protect those residents <br />from noise generated by traffic along Santa Rita Road. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends that the soundwall proposed by the <br />_ developers of Hacienda Business Park and presented <br />at the Planning Commission meeting of 4/13/83 be <br />approved; said wall to be constructed as shown on <br />the plan from POD Landscape Architects dated 3/25/83. <br />Section 2.
