PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2293 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR BERNARD HOWARD ET AL AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-83-7 WHEREAS, Bernard Howard and Hank Company have applied for a conditional use permit to operate a photo reproducing and printing facility at 3510-C Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 13, 1983 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location of the conditional use is in accordance with the objectives of the ordinance code of the City of Pleasanton and the purposes of the district in which the site is located; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further found that the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained would not be detrimental to the public safety or welfare or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves case UP-83-7, as described herein, subject to the following conditions: 1. That this use permit is granted for the building space located at 3510-C Old Santa Rita Road which consists of approximately 968 sq. ft. of floor area located as shown on the site map, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division.
