PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2293 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR BERNARD HOWARD ET AL AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE UP-83-7 <br />WHEREAS, Bernard Howard and Hank Company have applied for a <br />conditional use permit to operate a photo reproducing <br />and printing facility at 3510-C Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 13, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use is in accordance with the <br />objectives of the ordinance code of the City of <br />Pleasanton and the purposes of the district in which <br />the site is located; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further found that the proposed <br />location of the conditional use and the conditions under <br />which it would be operated or maintained would not be <br />detrimental to the public safety or welfare or be <br />materially injurious to properties or improvements in the <br />vicinity; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed conditional <br />use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of <br />the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-83-7, as described herein, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That this use permit is granted for the building <br />space located at 3510-C Old Santa Rita Road which <br />consists of approximately 968 sq. ft. of floor area <br />located as shown on the site map, Exhibit A, on file <br />with the Planning Division. <br />
