PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2295 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />THE MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED <br />FOR CASE PUD-83-3. MEADOW PLAZA ASSOCIATES <br />WHEREAS, Meadow Plaza Associates have applied for PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development)-High Density Residential zoning and <br />development plan approval for a 126-unit multi-family <br />residential complex on approximately 6 acres of land <br />located east of the Exxon Station at the southeast <br />corner of West Las Positas Boulevard and Santa Rita <br />Rita Road; and , <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit,Develop- <br />ment)-Commercial and Offices District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing <br />the Planning Commission considered a <br />relevant maps and recommendations of <br />concerning the proposed rezoning and <br />approval including the environmental <br />proposal; and <br />of April 27, 1983 <br />L1 public testimony, <br />the City staff <br />development plan <br />impacts of the <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of negative declarations and <br />environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated <br />that there might be a significant impact on the environ- <br />ment concerning transportation and noise but that conditions <br />included in the project approval would reduce any <br />potentially significant adverse environmental effects <br />to an insignificant level. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1: Finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, <br />public testimony and documentary evidence presented at <br />the public hearing that there would be no significant <br />adverse impacts upon the environment as a result of <br />project approval because of conditions imposed thereon. <br />Section 2: Approves the Mitigated degative Declaration prepared <br />for case PUD-83-3 as described herein. <br />
