PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2295 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-83-3. MEADOW PLAZA ASSOCIATES WHEREAS, Meadow Plaza Associates have applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density Residential zoning and development plan approval for a 126-unit multi-family residential complex on approximately 6 acres of land located east of the Exxon Station at the southeast corner of West Las Positas Boulevard and Santa Rita Rita Road; and , WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit,Develop- ment)-Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing the Planning Commission considered a relevant maps and recommendations of concerning the proposed rezoning and approval including the environmental proposal; and of April 27, 1983 L1 public testimony, the City staff development plan impacts of the WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there might be a significant impact on the environ- ment concerning transportation and noise but that conditions included in the project approval would reduce any potentially significant adverse environmental effects to an insignificant level. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1: Finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, public testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there would be no significant adverse impacts upon the environment as a result of project approval because of conditions imposed thereon. Section 2: Approves the Mitigated degative Declaration prepared for case PUD-83-3 as described herein.
