PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2296 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />CASE PUD-83-3, APPLICATION OF MEADOW PLAZA <br />ASSOCIATES <br />WHEREAS, Meadow Plaza Associates have applied for PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development)-High Density Residential zoning and <br />development plan approval for a 126-unit multi-family <br />residential complex on approximately 6 acres of land <br />located east of the Exxon Station at the southeast <br />corner of West Las Positas Boulevard and Santa Rita <br />Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Develop- <br />ment)-Commercial and Offices District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing on April 27, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission recommended approval of a <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project, <br />considered all public testimony, exhibits and recommenda- <br />tions of the applicants and City Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed zoning <br />is in conformance with the General Plan for the property <br />which is the subject of this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWIPdG: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of Case PUD-83-3, the application <br />of Meadow Plaza Associates for PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-High Density Residential zoning and <br />development plan approval for a 126-unit multi-family <br />residential project on approximately six acres of land <br />located east of the Exxon Station at the southeast <br />corner of West Las Positas Boulevard and Santa Rita <br />Road, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 27th DAY OF APRIL 19$3 BY THE FOLLO[~1ING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Getty and Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: Commissioner Jamieson <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty and Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
