PLANNITG COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2298 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPP.OVING A USE PERMIT FOR PONDEROSA HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-83-11 WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has filed for a conditional use permit to operate a model home complex consisting of six model homes and parking facilities in the vicinity of 6246 Calle Fuego; and WHEREAS, zoning for the propert~~ i_s n.-1-65 (Sipple-family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 11, 1983, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, related exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the purposes of the district in which the site is located; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMP4ISSIOTd OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1: Approves case UP-83-11, application of Ponderosa Homes to operate a model home complex consisting of six model homes and parking facilities in the vicinity of 6246 Calle Fuego, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective 15 days following the date on which the use permit was granted or on the day following the next meeting of the Council, whichever is later, unless an appeal has been taken to the Council or unless the Council shall elect to review the decision of the Commission.
