PLANNITG COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2298 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPP.OVING <br />A USE PERMIT FOR PONDEROSA HOMES AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE UP-83-11 <br />WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has filed for a conditional use permit <br />to operate a model home complex consisting of six <br />model homes and parking facilities in the vicinity <br />of 6246 Calle Fuego; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the propert~~ i_s n.-1-65 (Sipple-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 11, 1983, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />related exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed <br />location of the conditional use is in accord with <br />the objectives of this chapter and the purposes of <br />the district in which the site is located; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed <br />location of the conditional use and the conditions <br />under which it would be operated or maintained will <br />not be detrimental to the public health, safety or <br />welfare or be materially injurious to properties or <br />improvements in the vicinity; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed <br />conditional use will comply with each of the applicable <br />provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMP4ISSIOTd OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1: Approves case UP-83-11, application of Ponderosa <br />Homes to operate a model home complex consisting of <br />six model homes and parking facilities in the vicinity <br />of 6246 Calle Fuego, subject to the conditions shown <br />on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective 15 days <br />following the date on which the use permit was granted <br />or on the day following the next meeting of the Council, <br />whichever is later, unless an appeal has been taken <br />to the Council or unless the Council shall elect to <br />review the decision of the Commission. <br />
