PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASAPdTON <br />COUPdTY OF ALAMRDA <br />STATE OF CALIF~R^IIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2299 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE PUD-83-8, APPLICA- <br />TION OF KAMP, CROUCH, KRAL AND CASTLEWOOD PROPERTIES, <br />INC. <br />WHEREAS, Kamp, Crouch, Kral and Castlewood Properties, Inc. <br />have applied for PUD development plan approval <br />for a 340 unit mixed density residential project on <br />approximately 60 acres located at the northeast <br />corner of Oakland and Mohr Avenues; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 11, 1983, <br />the Planning Commission considered all pertinent <br />documents, public testimony and recommendations of <br />the City staff concerning this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />environmental impacts in accordance with state and <br />-- local guidelines governing the preparation of <br />negative declarations and environmental impact reports; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated <br />that there would not be any significant impact on the <br />environment as a result of approval of this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THF. PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING <br />Section 1: Finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, <br />public testimony and documentary evidence presented <br />at the public hearing that there would be no significant <br />adverse impacts on the environment as a result of <br />this project approval. <br />Section 2: Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for case <br />PUD-83-8 as described herein. <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING C0P~U4ISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 11TH DAY OF "4AY 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />
