PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2100 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON DENYING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-81-23, APPLICATION OF <br />THOMAS ORLOFF <br />WHEREAS, Thomas J. Orloff has applied for development plan <br />approval and PUD-High Density Residential zoning <br />which would allow the construction of 150 apartment <br />units and 2~ condominium units on a 9.3T acre site <br />located on the south side of Valley Avenue immediately west <br />of Safeway shopping center, north of Amador Park and <br />east of the single-family residential lots fronting on <br />Brooktree Way; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned "A" (Agricultural) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time <br />the Initial Study, Negative Declaration, exhibits <br />relating to the project and public testimony were <br />received and considered on November 18, 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, a traffic study was prepared and submitted for this <br />project and the Planning Commission asked for further <br />traffic information. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission denies the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for case PUD-81-23, application of Thomas <br />Orloff because they do not agree with Item 7 as shown <br />on the initial Study. <br />Section 2. This resolution will become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 18th day of November 1981 by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson and Lindsey <br />NOES: Commissioners Wilson and Chairperson Getty <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: November 18, 1981 <br />ATTES~T• <br />Robert J.
