PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ODUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2101 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMM2SSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON REQUESTING A SECOND TRAFFIC <br />STUDY BE PREPARED FOR CASE. PUD-81-23 <br />WHEREAS, Thomas J. Orloff has applied for development plan <br />approval and PUD-High Density Residential zoning <br />which would allow the construction of 150 aoarl~nent <br />units and 24 corrlominium units on a 9.31 acre site <br />located on the south side of Valley Avenue immediately <br />west of Safeway shopping center, north of Amador Park <br />and east of the single-family residential lots fronting <br />on Brook tree Way; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its duly noticed public <br />hearing of November 18, 1981 denied the Negative <br />Declaration prepared for case PUD-81-23 with regard <br />to Item No. 7; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission desired to have a second <br />traffic study done with regard to Item No. 7. <br />i-- NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1, That another traffic study be completed and <br />case PUD-8T-23 be considered at another public hearing <br />for the results of this second traffic study. <br />Section 2.
