PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2102 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMPISSION, CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RE COMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-81-29, THE <br />APPLICATION OF CPK ASSOCIATES <br />WHEREAS, CPK Associates and Walter Panganiban have applied <br />for Planned Unit Development zoning and development <br />plan approval for a medium density residential project <br />consisting of 11.3 single-family homes and 83 townhouses <br />on an approximately 21 acre site located at the <br />northwest corner of Rheem Drive and Oakland Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultural) District; <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 18, 1981, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration <br />for case PUD-81-29; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated November 18, 1981 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed development plans; and <br />VdHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed application <br />(PUD-81-29) would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment. <br />NOLV, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves the negative declaration for the Planned <br />Unit Development zoning and development plan approval for <br />a medium density residential project consisting of 113 <br />single-family homes and 83 townhouses on an approximately <br />21 acre site located at the northwest corner of Rheem <br />Drive and Oakland Avenue. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 18th day of November 1981 by the following <br />vote: <br />
