PLANNING COMMISSION <br />`- CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2101 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE RZ-81-23 <br />WHERFAS,at its meeting of December 9, 1981 the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />PUD zoning for 250 acres at the eastern terminus <br />of Junipero Street as a result of a recent request <br />for annexation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed <br />the Initial Study dated December 9, 1981 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts <br />_ in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br />P]HEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed PUD <br />zoning would not have any significant adverse effects <br />on the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration for the prezoning <br />of two parcels totalling approximately 250 acres at the <br />eastern terminus of Junipero Street to the PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development)-Low Density Residential/Open Soace <br />District. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED DECEt1BER 9, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />
