PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2102 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING PUD ZONING FOR 250 ACRES <br />AS DESCRIBED IN CASE RZ-81-23. <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of December 9, 1981, the Planning Commission <br />held a duly noticed public hearing to consider the prezoning <br />of two parcels totalling approximately 250 acres located at <br />the eastern terminus of Junipero Street to the PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development)-Low Density Residential/Open Space District <br />as a result of an annexation request; and <br />WHEREAS, on December 9, 1981 the Planning Commission reviewed and <br />recommended for approval the negative declaration prepared <br />for case RZ-81-23; and <br />WHEREAS, at this duly noticed public hearing the public was given <br />the opportunity to comment on the proposed prezoning. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends the property described above be prezoned to <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential/ <br />Open Space District. <br />Section 2. This zoning district is in conformance with the General <br />Plan. <br />Section 3.
