PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2103 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE RZ-81-24. WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone two parcels totalling 14.5 acres in the vicinity of 2820 Vineyard Avenue (eastern terminus of Chardonnay Drive) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Low Density Residential and Medium Density Residential District as a result of an application of the property owner for annexation; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 9, 1981 at which time the Planning Commission received and reviewed the Initial Study dated December 9, 1981 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, the public was afforded an opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative declarations and environmental impacts; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed PUD zoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environ- ment; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASAIQTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration for prezoning the two parcels totalling 14.5 acres in the vicinity of 2820 Vineyard Avenue (eastern terminus of Chardonnay Drive) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Low Density Residential and Medium Density Residential District as filed under case RZ-81-24. Section 2. This resolution 's'hall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
