PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2103 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE RZ-81-24. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone two parcels <br />totalling 14.5 acres in the vicinity of 2820 Vineyard <br />Avenue (eastern terminus of Chardonnay Drive) to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) Low Density Residential and Medium <br />Density Residential District as a result of an application <br />of the property owner for annexation; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 9, 1981 <br />at which time the Planning Commission received and reviewed <br />the Initial Study dated December 9, 1981 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the public was afforded an opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of mitigated negative declarations <br />and environmental impacts; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed PUD zoning <br />would not have any significant adverse effects on the environ- <br />ment; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASAIQTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration for prezoning the two <br />parcels totalling 14.5 acres in the vicinity of 2820 Vineyard <br />Avenue (eastern terminus of Chardonnay Drive) to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) Low Density Residential and Medium <br />Density Residential District as filed under case RZ-81-24. <br />Section 2. This resolution 's'hall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 9th day of December 1981 by the following vote: <br />/// <br />
