PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2104 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING <br />PREZONING FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN CASE RZ-81-24. <br />WHEREAS, the.. City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone two parcels <br />totalling 14.5 acres in the vicinity of• 2820 Vineyard Avenue <br />(eastern terminus of Chardonnay Drive) to the PUD`(Planned <br />Unit Development) Low Density Residential and Medium Density <br />Residential District as a result of an application of the <br />property owner for annexation; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 9, 1981 <br />at which time the Planning Commission recommended approval <br />of the negative declaration prepared for this case; and <br />WHEREAS, at this duly noticed public hearing the public was afforded <br />an opportunity to comment on both the environmental impacts <br />of the proposed prezoning and the prezoning itself. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />^-. Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends the prezoning of the <br />two parcels totalling 14.5 acres in the vicinity of 2820 <br />Vineyard Avenue (eastern terminus of Chardonnay Drive) to <br />the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Low Density Residential <br />and Medium Density Residential District subject to the <br />following condition: <br />1. That the property owner dedicate sufficient frontage <br />to allow the widening of Vineyard Avenue in front <br />of the subject property, the details of which are to <br />be worked out between the property owner and the <br />staff prior to submittal of this prezoning recom- <br />mendation to the City Council. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 9th day of December 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Wilson, Jamieson and Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Lindsey <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />~~~ <br />
