PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2105 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE PUD-81-31. <br />WHEREAS, Stoneson Associates has applied for Planned Unit Development- <br />High Density Residential zoning on a 6.6 acre site located <br />at the southwest corner of Stoneridge Drive and I-680; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 9, <br />1981 at which time all public testimony and exhibits were <br />reviewed and approved; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was <br />adopted November 12, 1981 by the Planning Commission <br />concerning this 6.6 acre site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton finds <br />that Planned Unit Development izoning is in accordance with <br />the General Plan. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission recommends that the 6.6 acre site <br />located at the southwest corner of Stoneridge Drive and <br />I-680 be zoned Planned Unit Development-High Density <br />Residential District subject to the conditions shown in <br />the staff report of 12/9/81 attached hereto and made part <br />of this case by reference.. <br />Section 3.
