PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2106 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-81-32. <br />WHEREAS, Mildred Vallarino and Harris Realty Company have applied <br />for Planned Unit Development zoning and development plan <br />approval of an approximately 64 unit High Density Residential <br />complex on a 4.7 acre site located on the north side of <br />Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court; and <br />WHEREAS, zohing for the property is RM-4000 (Multiple-Family Resi- <br />dential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated December 9, 1981 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local guide- <br />lines governing the preparation of mitigated negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed PUD <br />zoning and development plan approval would not have any <br />significant adverse effects on the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />recommends approval of the negative declaration prepared <br />for case PUD-81-32, the application of Mildred Vallarino <br />and Harris Realty Company for Planned Unit Development <br />zoning and development plan approval of an approximately <br />64 unit High Density Residential complex on a 4.7 acre <br />site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite <br />Amador Court. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />/// <br />
