PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2107 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-32. <br />WHEREAS, Mildred Vallarino and Harris Realty Company have applied <br />for Planned Unit Development zoning and development plan <br />approval of an approximately 64 unit High Density Residential <br />complex on a 4.7 acre site located on the north side of <br />Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court; and p~e$ent zoning <br />for the property is RM-4000 (Multiple-Family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 9, 1981 <br />at which time all public testimony and exhibits were <br />reviewed and approved; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was adopted <br />December 9, 1981 by the Planning Commission concerning this <br />4.7 acre site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton finds <br />that Planned Unit Development zoning is in accordance with <br />the General Plan. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton recommends <br />approval of case PUD-81-32 subject to the conditions of the <br />staff report of 12/9/81 to the Commission but amending the <br />proposal by reducing the number of units to 52 to allow for <br />increased parking and open space. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 9th day of December 1981. by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson and Wilson <br />NOES: Commissioner Getty <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Lindsey <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />/// <br />
