PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2108 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING THE SUBDIVISION FOR <br />STONESON DEVELOPMENT COMPANY AS FILED UNDER TRACT 4588 <br />WHEREAS, Stoneson Development Company has applied for tentative <br />tract approval which would allow a 158 dwelling unit <br />residential subdivision on a 13.4 acre site located <br />immediately south of Stoneridge Drive between Pleasant <br />Hill Road and Springdale Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned RM-2500; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 9, 1981 <br />at which time all public testimony and pertinent exhibits <br />were considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approves <br />Tract 4588 subject to the conditions shown in the staff <br />report to the Planning Commission dated December 9, 1981 <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 9th day of December 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Wilson, Jamieson and Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Lindsey <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: December 9, 1981 <br />ATTEST: _ <br />Robert J.
